If you were to watch every module in the consulting bootcamp, the total time is 16 hours; covering everything from what consultants really do, to landing interviews, to passing the case and fit interviews in the most effective and fast way. You are not required to go through every module before working with your coaches – it is up to you how you want to use the bootcamp, so focus on the modules that are the most relevant to you at that time and if you are short on time but still want to know which modules to focus on, we have recommendations so you can get to what you need in less than an afternoon.
We have a structured system for getting you interviews, helping you pass those interviews, and also making sure you succeed once you start the job (we want you to succeed in the job too, not just get the offer). Our program and curriculum were built by people who were running recruiting for McKinsey, BCG, and Bain, including Global Recruiting Managers and former Case Interview writers.
All our coaches go through a 10-hour interview process followed by a 20-hour training process to make sure they are the best coach for you. We don’t accept just anyone who worked in consulting, we want people who will mentor you and make sure they are as invested in your success as much as you are. Our goal is that by the time you finish our program you can think like a consultant and get an offer in the process. We also have a 85% success rate that we keep public and update frequently.
