When comparing boutique firms versus MBB, do you see a difference in the types of cases in the interview?

It depends on which firms you are applying to; however, this is something that we help our clients to navigate. There are some boutique firms like Mars, which even though they do a lot of consumer products work, they actually give generic cases.

Other firms like Simon-Kucher Partners, which specializes in pricing work, would be giving pricing cases to be reflective of the work you will be doing.
