Get Paid to Mentor Students
We are looking for former management consultants to mentor students who aspire to become management consultants.
About the Role
- Paid
- Part-time
- 100% Flexible Hours (you set your hours) and Remote (work from your living room or even Kuta Beach in Bali)
What You Will Be Doing
- Practice mock case + behavioral interviews over video call or in-person with student
- Answer questions about a career in management consulting
Requirements
- Must love mentoring and coaching others.
- Able to commit at least 6 hours per week during the busy season (Aug-Oct)
- Worked at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
- Must be able to do a minimum of 2 client sessions a week (~2-3 hours of time) in our low season (Nov-Jun); and a minimum of 5 client sessions a week (~5-7 hours of time) in our high season.
- Must be willing to coach exclusively MCO clients (i.e., not working across multiple coaching platforms).
