How does the GPA come into play when my school doesn't allow me to disclose my grades or transcript?

For the schools where this is the case, firms are aware of it. The firms and the school stay really close on their policies, so it’s not going to be a surprise to the recruiters.

That being said, if you’ve done any other degrees or programs where you are at liberty to disclose your GPA, then you could share that on your application where applicable.

Since it won’t be the most recent, it won’t be the main deciding factor, but it will still be something that they look at.
